Details

Runes DEX is a decentralized automated market maker (AMM) protocol deployed on the Bitcoin network, built for Bitcoin-native assets such as Runes, Ordinals, and BRC-20. Instead of using an order book, it executes trades through liquidity pools: the quantities of BTC and tokens in a pool satisfy the constant product formula x*y=k, with prices determined by the pool's asset ratio. Users connect a compatible wallet and can directly swap Runes and BTC from their wallet without registration or wrapped assets; transactions settle on the Bitcoin blockchain and are verifiable on-chain. The platform charges fees no less than dust BTC to the pool and treasury to sustain operations.
