Yifan He is the founder and CEO of Red Date Technology, the architect of the Blockchain-based Service Network (BSN). He founded his first internet company in 1998 while in college in the U.S., and spent over 10 years in private equity and finance in China. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from SUNY at Stony Brook and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. His career includes roles as Managing Director at M1 Capital Group (2006-2008), Managing Director at Sureland Capital (2008-2011), and Managing Partner at Kunlun Guotai Capital (2011-2014), before founding Red Date Technology in 2014. He has over 19 years of experience in information technology, investment, and corporate management.
