About radFi

radFi is an automated market maker protocol that runs entirely on Bitcoin mainnet, letting BTC and Runes trade directly, an approach inspired by Casey Rodarmor's light pools concept. Users first request a 2-of-2 multisig trading wallet shared with the protocol, where the protocol's signature carries an expiry so custody ultimately stays with the user. Assets moved into an Agency Pool carry a chosen fee tier and price range, priced with the constant product formula x*y=k; positions outside the range stop earning fees.

Trades can execute multiple times within a block and settle at block end, with quotes and liquidity state computed and propagated by contracts on the Sonic network. Liquidity providers earn a share of fees proportionally and can claim at any time. A virtual minting feature also lets Runes assets be issued straight into AMM liquidity pools.

radFi offers four trading fee tiers for liquidity providers: 0.05%, 0.30%, 0.50% and 1.00%.

radFi distributes 2/3 of trading fee revenue to liquidity providers and keeps 1/3 as platform revenue.
