About qLABS
qLABS is a quantum-native crypto foundation focused on preparing digital assets for the post-quantum era. Its core business includes issuing the quantum-resistant token $qONE on Hyperliquid, developing qVAULT.xyz (a quantum-safe vault protecting assets at the smart-contract level), and building the qONE Security Protocol, which combines NIST-standardized post-quantum cryptography with zero-knowledge proofs.
The core competitiveness lies in applying NIST-approved post-quantum algorithms to existing blockchain ecosystems without requiring chain replacement. The protocol enables quantum-resistant transaction verification while maintaining compatibility with major networks like Ethereum, Solana, and stablecoins.
The market pain point is that most blockchains rely on elliptic-curve signatures (ECDSA, Ed25519) that quantum computers could theoretically break, exposing billions in crypto assets. Existing chains face significant technical and governance hurdles in upgrading, leaving assets vulnerable to a future "Q-Day."
In the past six months (March to September 2026), qLABS launched the $qONE token on February 6, 2026, followed by the quantum-resistant blockchain migration toolkit at the end of March. The toolkit uses a phased approach: Quantum-Sig smart contract wallets for immediate protection, post-quantum architecture design, and integrated testing. However, market performance has been weak—$qONE dropped 77% from its peak, hitting an all-time low in June before recovering 91% from that low, reflecting limited early adoption despite the technology's promise.
Over the past six months, qLABS launched qVAULT, a non-custodial smart-contract vault enabling post-quantum self-custody via Falcon (FN-DSA) signatures, with commercial availability announced in June 2026. The native token $qONE began trading on Hyperliquid in February 2026, serving as an access key for quantum-secure transactions. qLABS introduced a dual-signature model combining standard blockchain signatures with quantum-resistant ones, addressing the 'harvest now, decrypt later' risk. Future focus includes expanding quantum protection to Ethereum, Solana, and other networks, and developing the Quantum-Sig wallet infrastructure, with a roadmap centered on chain-level upgrades and broader asset coverage.
