About partnr
partnr is a consumer crypto and AI product with two parts: an AI companion with an onchain wallet that chats, remembers preferences and executes simple onchain actions, and a set of tokenized vaults packaging DeFi strategies into subscribable shares chosen by risk appetite.
It targets the choice overload ordinary users face in DeFi, where strategies, protocols and parameters are too many to parse. Replacing interfaces with conversation and strategies with vaults should lower the bar. The risk is agent permissions: once an AI can sign or move funds, misjudgment and prompt injection cause real losses, while the vault side depends on underlying protocols and discloses little on scale or management. The product is early, with limited public data on users and capital.
Partnr was launched by Mirai Labs (the Pegaxy team) as a consumer crypto ecosystem at the intersection of crypto and AI agents. On February 7, 2025, it officially launched, simultaneously releasing Partnr Chat and previewing Partnr Vaults . Its core idea is to give AI agents on-chain wallets, shared memory, and long-term goals, enabling them to execute on-chain operations on behalf of users — an early attempt to advance DeFAI and agent-owned economies . Later, the Vaults platform went live, allowing users and AI agents to create and manage tokenized DeFi vaults with strategies covering trading, liquidity provision, staking, etc., and connecting creators and depositors through transparent on-chain records and profit-sharing mechanisms . In addition, the $PAR token and Alpha Vault introduced an incentive layer and asset-management entry point for the agent economy . These milestones mark Partnr's expansion from a chat product to programmable agentic financial infrastructure, offering a path for AI agents to move from companions to autonomous value creation.
