Details

Obligate is a Swiss digital securities infrastructure platform that mints debt instruments such as bonds and commercial paper into on-chain eNotes™ under the Swiss DLT Act, using the CMTAT standard on Polygon and Ethereum. Smart contracts automate issuance, settlement, coupon payments, principal repayment, and secondary transfers. Issuers configure terms and sign on-chain to deploy; investors fund escrow with stablecoins for atomic settlement. Institutional investors can access regulated private credit and structured products, while eTrackers bundle multiple eNotes into revolving structures.
