About Nitrility
Nitrility is a music licensing marketplace that simplifies sync licensing for creators, brands, and filmmakers. Its core business is providing access to a catalog of over 200 million songs, allowing users to secure licenses for video games, TV shows, ads, movies, and YouTube videos with full transparency. The platform addresses the pain point of complex, opaque, and time-consuming music rights clearance by offering a streamlined, all-in-one solution. In the past six months (March to September 2026), Nitrility has focused on expanding its enterprise services and improving platform stability. However, the company has faced scrutiny regarding its associated cryptocurrency token (KLED), with reports of centralized control in the token contract and systematic selling of tokens by team-linked wallets, which raised concerns about governance and transparency. Despite these issues, the underlying data marketplace operated by its parent company continues to grow, with reported increases in data contracts and enterprise adoption.
In the past six months, Nitrility has accelerated its push into the compliant AI data market through its subsidiary Kled AI, formally launching the KLED token with a deflationary buyback-and-burn model. The platform now holds over 3 million hours of licensed content, with 300,000 contributors across 170 countries processing more than 5 million uploads daily. Confirmed procurement pipelines from leading AI labs exceed $35 million. KLED token transactions trigger market buybacks and burns, with a portion funding the Universal Fraud Detection Protocol reward pool. Nitrility also partnered with the Street Foundation to establish a structured link between the token community and equity via the ERC-S framework; the Street SPV holds a 5% equity stake in Nitrility Inc. (worth $14 million at a $280 million valuation), with the option to increase to 10% in future rounds. As of March 2026, KLED trades at approximately $0.014 with nearly full circulation, and repurchased tokens are never resold to the public market. Future priorities include scaling the contributor network to millions, driving token value through revenue-funded buybacks and burns, and deepening enterprise procurement partnerships for compliant AI training data.
