About Namada
Namada, a Cosmos-ecosystem privacy chain, completed a $25M funding round in May 2023. It proposed a tokenomics plan with 1 billion NAM tokens in late 2023. In October 2024, validator delegation applications opened. On December 3, 2024, mainnet Phase 1 launched, enabling staking and governance, followed by NAM airdrops. By June 2025, all core features, including the multi-asset shielded pool and IBC integration, were fully operational, marking the complete mainnet launch.
