Details

MIDAO is a registered agent for DAO LLCs in the Republic of the Marshall Islands, providing legal entity services for Web3 projects. It leverages the Marshall Islands' DAO Act framework to grant projects limited liability protection while enabling the integration of on-chain governance with a legal entity. Projects can register a DAO LLC through MIDAO, mapping token holders as members and referencing smart contracts in the operating agreement for governance. This structure supports progressive decentralization, allowing a smooth transition from centralized management to community governance, and compliant token issuance.
