Details

MetaFactory is a DAO-based decentralized brand incubation and governance platform focused on fashion and apparel. It enables community members to participate in co-creation and governance of brand IP and products by purchasing $TOKEN or Share through a bonding curve auction mechanism. The platform handles brand curation, production, logistics, and market operations, while brand DAO members can vote on product direction and auction parameters, and exit via selling Share (ragequit) to realize gains. Its core mechanism tokenizes brand ownership and uses smart contracts for transparent distribution, transforming consumers from passive buyers into brand stakeholders.
