About K33

K33 is a Norwegian crypto broker authorized under the EU's MiCA framework and supervised by the Norwegian FSA. Its core business focuses on institutional-grade trading, offering direct market access with no trading fees, free fiat/crypto withdrawals, and dedicated client managers. The company addresses common market pain points such as high hidden costs, unreliable execution, and lack of regulatory clarity by providing transparent pricing, deep liquidity, and a fully regulated environment.

In the six months to August 2026, K33 reported Q1 revenue of SEK 740 million (up 64% YoY) despite a 15% decline in spot market volumes, demonstrating resilience. The company launched crypto-backed lending, completed a major platform upgrade with full bank integration, and acquired a 46% stake in Sixty Six Capital to increase its Bitcoin exposure. However, its Q1 result was negatively impacted by unrealized losses of SEK 10.3 million due to Bitcoin price declines, though prices recovered post-quarter. K33 continues to target MiCA approval by end of Q2 2026 to strengthen its institutional positioning.
