From March to August 2026, Jarsy made significant progress in RWA tokenized investing. In June, Business Insider Taiwan featured the platform, revealing its "buy first, tokenize later" model: Jarsy purchases pre-IPO equity with its own funds and signs subscription agreements before minting equivalent tokens on-chain, with public Proof of Reserves ensuring 1:1 backing. In August, Jarsy launched Group Presell Rewards, allowing retail investors to pool pre-IPO commitments. Platform fees start at 5% and can drop to as low as 1% as participation grows, with fees locked at token conversion time—early joiners benefit equally. The feature addresses private market pain points of high thresholds and costs.
Future focus: Jarsy will continue democratizing investment by aggregating retail purchasing power for better entry prices, deepening Base chain ecosystem integration, expanding into AI, semiconductor, and aerospace sectors, and serving as an information hub for pre-IPO education to lower investment barriers, ultimately realizing the vision of letting retail investors participate in the growth of top unicorns.
Jarsy's founding team comprises three industry veterans with deep fintech expertise.
Han Qin (Co-Founder & CEO): Previously VP of Growth at Block (Afterpay), Senior Engineering Manager at Uber, and Tech Lead at Facebook. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Oregon and a bachelor's from Tsinghua University. He focuses on building investment infrastructure with human-centric design.
Chunyang Shen (Co-Founder & CTO): Background in engineering leadership, with experience at major tech firms. He drives technical architecture for Jarsy's platform, ensuring secure and scalable tokenization of real-world assets.
Yiying Hu (Co-Founder & COO): MIT graduate, previously co-founded Cedar. She oversees operations, partnerships, and global expansion, bridging traditional finance with blockchain innovation.
