integra

integra is a purpose-built Layer 1 for real-estate tokenization and regulated RWAs, based on Cosmos SDK with Ethermint for EVM compatibility and IBC for interoperability. It targets the structural defects of real estate on general chains: property records stay fragmented across jurisdictions, legal documents remain off-chain, liquidity is thin and settlement depends on layers of intermediaries. integra's answer is to make compliance protocol-native: every tokenized property carries an Asset Passport that binds on-chain ownership records to encrypted off-chain legal documents and third-party attestations from law firms, appraisers and inspectors, while protocol-level KYC/AML and permissioned tokens control transfers, alongside a native stablecoin for settlement and signed updates synced across chains.

The project is advanced by a consortium including Nitya Capital, BNW Developments, Polytrade and DigiShares with combined assets under management above $12 billion, and the foundation is registered in the Cayman Islands. A third-party assessment from January 2026 noted that the legal enforceability of integra's asset issuance still lacks validation from live property issuance, and that the chain is isolated from Ethereum's liquidity and network effects.
