About Haven1

Details

Haven1 is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain built on Proof of Authority consensus, positioned as secure and compliant infrastructure for DeFi and RWA. Its core mechanism requires all users and developers to pass KYC/KYB verification and hold an hPassport. Smart contracts must be audited by two independent third parties and diff-checked byte-by-byte before deployment. RPCs are permissioned and support 2FA, reducing risks of hacks, scams, and rug pulls. The application layer uses a unique fee model: asset transfers are free, while application interactions incur a fixed dollar fee, with 80% going to developers and 20% to the network, incentivizing builders and simplifying payments.
