Grace is an L2-first cross-margin lending protocol designed to enhance resilience against oracle manipulation, volatility, and exploits by fairly distributing losses. Its core mechanisms include: when bad debt occurs, losses are immediately shared equally among all existing lenders, preventing late withdrawers from bearing the entire burden; the protocol sets a total exposure cap for each collateral type to manage risk; borrowers pay an annual fee based on their chosen collateral, which compensates lenders for the risk taken. The protocol employs a pessimistic price oracle to make oracle attacks unprofitable, and sets a global daily borrowing limit to cap the maximum potential loss in a single day.
