About GoQuant
GoQuant is a digital asset trading infrastructure provider. Its product suite includes GoTrade (order execution), GoMarket (data), GoRisk (risk management), GoOps (portfolio management), GoCredit (borrow/lend), GoDesk (OTC automation), and GoDark (private DEX).
Core value proposition: GoCredit is a unified, quote-based borrow/lend marketplace that addresses fragmented institutional credit workflows—replacing chat-based pricing with transparent rate discovery, standardized collateral management, and real-time exposure monitoring. GoDark, launching on Solana, uses zero-knowledge proofs to hide order details and matching processes from all external observers, including node operators, effectively creating a "dark pool" for crypto. This protects large traders from front-running and strategy replication.
Market pain points: Institutional digital asset lending still relies on fragmented workflows (pricing across chats, limited market rate visibility, no unified risk management). On public DEXs, every order and trade is visible on-chain, allowing others to copy or hedge against large traders' strategies—forcing market makers to rework strategies every few weeks. This transparency also exposes legitimate liquidity providers to reputational risk during market stress.
Recent developments (2026-03 to 2026-09): GoCredit formally launched in May 2026 after months in beta, with Maple, Two Prime, Capital Union Bank, 1Konto, and Valos as active ecosystem participants. GoDark is scheduled for mainnet launch in May 2026, with internal tests showing order matching speeds of 25–50ms. However, GoDark's absolute privacy design conflicts with global regulatory trends toward transparency; its planned OFAC screening does not resolve how regulators would conduct post-trade audits. Additionally, its liquidity model relies on vault-style incentives similar to Hyperliquid's HLP, which historically face sustainability challenges once subsidies taper off.
