About Global Dollar Network

Details

Global Dollar Network is an open network jointly launched by multiple fintech and digital asset institutions to accelerate global stablecoin adoption. At its core is USDG, a stablecoin issued by Paxos, backed 1:1 by US dollars. The network distributes over 90% of the yield generated from reserve assets (cash and short-term US Treasuries) to partners, incentivizing exchanges, wallets, and payment platforms to integrate USDG. Users can hold, trade, and pay with USDG on partner platforms, benefiting from low costs and fast settlement. USDG uses a mint-and-burn model, with supply adjusting to market demand, and is deployed on chains such as Ethereum and Solana. Paxos publishes monthly third-party attestation reports to ensure reserve transparency.
