About Fuze
Fuze is a Dubai-based digital asset infrastructure provider offering white-label solutions for banks, fintechs, and payment companies. Its core business includes stablecoin payments, fiat on/off ramps, digital asset custody, and wallet infrastructure delivered via API, enabling clients to launch crypto products under their own brand without building the underlying technology.
Its main competitive edge lies in its regulated status across multiple jurisdictions, combined with deep regional expertise in the Middle East and emerging markets. The company positions itself as a compliance-first infrastructure layer, allowing traditional financial institutions to enter the digital asset space while meeting regulatory requirements.
The market pain points Fuze addresses include the high cost and slow speed of cross-border payments, the complexity of integrating crypto with legacy banking systems, and the regulatory uncertainty that deters traditional players. Fuze solves these by providing a licensed, API-driven platform that handles compliance, liquidity, and settlement, reducing time-to-market from years to weeks.
In the past six months (Feb-Aug 2026), Fuze has been active in expanding its regional footprint. In July 2026, its CEO spoke at the Blockchain Futurist Conference in Toronto, highlighting the growing use of stablecoins in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East for everyday payments. The company also announced a strategic partnership with Miden, a privacy-focused blockchain project, to develop privacy-preserving digital asset infrastructure for institutions. Additionally, Fuze issued an operational update confirming minimal service disruption during regional geopolitical tensions, reaffirming its business continuity and commitment to partners.
Fuze co-founders: Mo Ali Yusuf (CEO), Arpit Mehta (COO & CPO), and Srijan Shetty (CTO). Mo, former Checkout.com MENAP regional manager, is Co-Chair of Digital Assets at MENA Fintech Association. Arpit previously led growth at Simpl and ClearTax. Srijan previously worked at Goldman Sachs, Microsoft Research, Mozilla, and was a Polygon Labs fellow. Serena Sebastiani joined in January 2026 as Group Chief Strategy & Venture Officer, leading regulatory affairs, with 15+ years advising banks and regulators across Europe and the Middle East.
