Details

Exotic Markets is a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol built on Solana, focused on structured products and exotic options. It allows users to create and trade markets with custom payoff structures, such as dual currency notes (DCNs), token baskets, accumulators, and capital preservation strategies. Users connect a wallet, select a market, and place bids in sUSD. After maturity, anyone can submit a resolution with a bond, followed by a 24-hour dispute period. Winners can claim payouts, and resolvers earn a 1% fee. The protocol uses oracle-based pricing, with an Oracle Council and Protocol DAO for governance and emergency pauses, backed by an insurance fund.
