ELFi Protocol is a decentralized derivatives trading platform deployed on Arbitrum and Base. It supports perpetual contracts for a variety of digital assets including BTC, ETH, and MEME tokens, and allows users to provide liquidity using a single asset such as ETH, without requiring dual-token or LP token setups. The platform employs the ELP liquidity architecture, offering stablecoin yield products and high-yield products linked to non-stablecoins. Its core mechanisms include portfolio margining and cross-margin, enabling account-level risk management where profits and losses across positions can offset each other, achieving zero-slippage trading and reducing overall trading costs. The on-chain contracts use the Diamond model, combined with an off-chain oracle and Keeper bot for two-phase commits and liquidation tasks.
