About EigenPhi
EigenPhi is a DeFi data platform focused on Maximal Extractable Value (MEV) analysis. Its core business is to visualize and automatically classify complex on-chain transactions—such as sandwich attacks, arbitrage, and liquidations—so users can see exactly how funds flow and who profits. The market pain point it addresses is the opacity of on-chain trading: ordinary users often cannot tell whether they have been victims of MEV attacks, while developers struggle to systematically study MEV market structure. The platform supports multiple EVM chains and offers free basic explorer features alongside paid plans for advanced data and API access.
Regarding recent developments, EigenPhi announced in April 2026 that it would transition to a subscription-only model effective April 15, 2026, discontinuing free data feeds and public dashboard access. This change restricts previously free public access and is generally viewed as a negative shift for its community. Additionally, the platform's MEV classification is not always accurate for edge cases, data is not strictly real-time (usually a few minutes behind), and it does not currently support non-EVM chains such as Solana.
