Details

Echo is an onchain platform for early-stage crypto fundraising. It pools small investors behind a lead investor into a single entity that invests on one set of terms, holds and distributes the money through smart contracts denominated in USDC, and charges nothing unless the deal turns a profit. Its features include: founder-configured sales, allowing projects to design mechanisms themselves, including auctions, fixed-price rounds, points systems, options drops and variable valuations, and run them on whatever chain they choose; no central marketplace, as sales are discovered through the project's own community channels; compliance as a service, bundling KYC/KYB verification, accreditation checks, sanctions screening and wallet-risk assessment, with the founder choosing how strict to be and which jurisdictions to allow or block; and an eID passport, where Echo verifies you once and issues an attestation reusable across sales, proving you meet a sale's criteria without handing personal documents to the project itself.
