About Diameter Pay

Diameter Pay is a stablecoin payment infrastructure company providing USD payment services to banks, fintech firms, and digital asset exchanges. Through a single API, clients gain access to USD virtual accounts, domestic and international payment rails, stablecoin on/off-ramps, and embedded compliance controls.

Its core strength lies in a compliance-first architecture. As correspondent banks retreat from markets due to sanctions and anti-money laundering risks, Diameter Pay manages risk through technology, data, and compliance infrastructure, bridging traditional finance and digital finance. The platform supports virtual accounts and compliance controls across multiple banking partners, ensuring safe and compliant cross-border USD flows.

The market pain point is the fragmentation of the global financial system—legitimate businesses struggle to access USD. Diameter Pay addresses this by providing a regulated USD gateway, enabling financial institutions to compliantly offer USD account services to their customers.

In the past six months (March to September 2026), the company processed over $10 billion in payment volume year-to-date, serving more than 10,000 end users. Sponsor banking partners include Portage Bank and SSB Bank, with another undisclosed publicly-listed sponsor bank. The platform continues to expand its banking partner network and deepen stablecoin infrastructure. No significant negative developments were reported during this period.
