Details

Debita Finance is a decentralized peer-to-peer lending protocol operating on an order book model, allowing users to borrow against ERC-20 tokens or NFTs (including veNFTs) as collateral. Its core mechanism is time-based liquidation: loans are liquidated upon maturity default rather than relying on price oracles, thereby avoiding forced closures due to market volatility. Borrowers can customize interest rates, durations, and collateral, while lenders can set conditions for single or multiple assets and support multiple lenders matching one borrow order. The platform also offers a veNFT marketplace, enabling users to retain governance voting rights and rewards during the loan period.
