Details

Convos is a decentralized encrypted messaging app built on the XMTP protocol, developed by XMTP Labs. It allows registration without a phone number and uses end-to-end encryption to protect communications. Its core feature is the ability to create and invoke AI agents (called Convos agents) within chats, which can perform specific tasks such as schedule planning and information organization. Users can quickly generate agents from text or screenshots and add them to group chats for collaboration. Convos leverages XMTP's decentralized network to store and transmit messages, ensuring censorship resistance and user sovereignty. Its source code is hosted on GitHub.
