About CardBox
CardBox is a trading-card-game (TCG) RWA infrastructure platform offering blind-box card pulls, card trading, and instant buyback, with a longer-term positioning of providing underlying capabilities such as physical custody, digital rights confirmation, a liquidity network, and trade matching for the card market. The platform partners with the authoritative grading agency CGC to embed institutional-grade authentication into the Web3 flow, and operates distributed bank-grade vaults in the United States, Japan, and South Korea for local custody and full insurance of physical cards.
Mechanically, each authenticated card stored in the vault is minted as a BEP-721 digital-twin NFT on BNB Chain, with the physical item remaining in the vault while ownership circulates on-chain; the platform integrates real-time data oracles to estimate a fair market value for each card from recent sales on markets such as eBay, PWCC, and Goldin. Users can earn a 1% share of blind-box sales via Listaking while their card waits to sell, and secondary-market sales carry a 2.5% fee. Since its beta release, CardBox has accumulated over 20000 registered users and more than 100000 on-chain interactions on BNB Chain.
CardBox started in beta in May 2026 with onchain title to trading cards: grading through CGC, insured vaults in the United States, Japan and South Korea, and tradable onchain claims with instant buyback. Within a month it had 20,000 registered users and over 100,000 onchain interactions on BNB Chain. It did not stop at being a blind-box store: it is turning proprietary inventory and liquidity into an open network, with more than 5,000 card and box assets and five blind-box lines, card dealers in Japan, Korea and Hong Kong as liquidity providers and offline channels, and monthly volume in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Three lines run in parallel at CardBox. It is moving from self-operated inventory to an open asset network, onboarding card shops, dealers and collector funds while extending asset types from graded cards to packs and boxes. It is widening from Pokemon into sports cards, with a World Cup blind box already live. And it is layering on a task system that converts everyday user activity into platform liquidity.
