About BRD

Details

BRD is a mobile non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet developed by Breadwinner, formerly known as Breadwallet. It supports storage, sending, receiving, buying, selling, and swapping of major assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and ERC-20 tokens. Users always hold their private keys, and funds are secured by device-level encryption. The app integrates third-party services like Changelly and Simplex for fiat-to-crypto conversions and includes a rewards mechanism. Receiving assets involves sharing the displayed address; sending requires confirming the amount and destination. BRD was one of the earliest Bitcoin light-node apps on iOS.
