Details

Block Green is a decentralized financing protocol for Bitcoin miners. It connects miners with institutional investors, allowing miners to borrow against their future hashrate while investors earn Bitcoin-denominated returns. The platform uses on-chain collateral and smart contract automation, and incorporates a "Know Your Miner" (KYM) process to screen sustainable mining operations, ensuring collateral authenticity. Miners must direct hashrate to designated pools, and the protocol monitors delivery in real time, automatically deducting Bitcoin collateral if deviations occur. Investors can choose between fixed-interest loans or streaming payments based on hashrate output.
