About Bedrock
Bedrock is a legal infrastructure designed for crypto founders. It connects token issuance with real-world corporate equity. When a project launches a token through Bedrock, it can automatically register a BVI company and complete KYC. The Bedrock Foundation holds preference shares and a golden share in that company. This gives token holders legal protection. The core value is bridging the gap between tokens and equity. Before Bedrock, tokens were often disconnected from legal ownership. Founders could raise funds but had no binding obligation to token holders. Bedrock solves this by embedding legal rights into the token structure. The golden share ensures that major actions like selling the company or transferring assets require approval from the Foundation, which represents token holders. This reduces the risk of rug pulls or misuse of funds. In the past six months (March to September 2026), Bedrock launched on Solana and integrated with several launchpads. It also started tokenizing real-world assets, such as Pokémon card packs. The treasury now holds USDC and tokenized assets. Bedrock is expanding from equity tokenization to broader asset ownership. It aims to become a standard for legally compliant token launches.
Over the past six months, Bedrock has made significant strides. It officially launched its legal infrastructure for crypto founders, enabling permissionless token launches, KYC, and BVI entity incorporation. In collaboration with Meteora and GVRN AI, Bedrock introduced a framework where founders retain at least 70% equity, while Bedrock holds preference shares and a golden share, plus a mandatory buyout mechanism (30% trigger, 7-day TWAP with 30% premium). It also partnered with BAGS to launch on-chain company shares, automatically reserving 30% for token holders. Beyond equity, Bedrock expanded into non-equity assets via the Dynamic Assets framework with Meteora and Sunrise, debuting SV151 (tokenized sealed Pokémon packs), with Bedrock providing custody, reserve reporting, and audits. The reserve holds $254.7K USDC and 30,000 SV151 tokens, with trading fees reinvested. Looking ahead, Bedrock aims to further develop Dynamic Assets for music, IP, and other assets, while refining its legal layer to advance Internet Capital Markets.
