Details

Arkade is an open-source execution engine built on Bitcoin. It processes transactions off-chain in a Virtual Mempool and inherits Bitcoin's security through batched on-chain settlement. Developers can use its SDK to build applications for payments, asset transfers, and smart contracts. Users submit transactions via an Operator, which executes them instantly off-chain and later anchors them to the Bitcoin network in batches. The mechanism relies on pre-signed Bitcoin transactions and operator cooperation, ensuring users retain control of their assets and can exit to the chain when necessary.
