Details

Arcus is a non-custodial lending protocol built on Bitcoin Layer 1, focused on native BTC and BRC-20 assets. It enables users to deposit BTC or BRC-20 tokens as collateral to borrow stablecoins or other assets, or to earn yield by lending their assets. The protocol employs an over-collateralized model and utilizes Discreet Log Contracts (DLCs) and multi-signature technology to ensure fund security without trusting a third-party custodian. Arcus aims to provide Bitcoin holders with DeFi lending services without bridging or wrapped tokens, while meeting the institutional-grade security and compliance standards of family offices and high-net-worth investors.
