About Zivoe

Zivoe is a real-world asset (RWA) credit protocol. Users deposit stablecoins after completing KYC, and the funds are deployed into short-term private credit, primarily Merchant Cash Advances (MCAs). An MCA is the purchase of a portion of a business's future receivables at a discount, with terms typically lasting three to six months and repayment tied to the business's cash flow.

The core narrative is that short-duration private credit suits on-chain markets: assets recycle every few months, returns are backed by real economic activity, and performance visibility is more frequent than longer-dated credit. Zivoe partners with an established MCA originator with billions in cumulative origination volume, connecting on-chain capital with small business financing.

The market pain point is the structural retreat of traditional banks from small business lending, pushing more small businesses to online fintech lenders. Zivoe gives stablecoin holders access to institutional-grade private credit returns and provides funding to alternative lenders.

Developments in the past six months (March 2026 to September 2026): By March 2026, cumulative protocol revenue reached $1.36M, TVL was $6.93M, and every scheduled distribution since November 2024 had arrived on time over 16 consecutive months. In April 2026, Zivoe ranked 10th by fees among RWA protocols on DeFiLlama. On August 8, 2026, Zivoe completed its migration of tokenization and issuance infrastructure to Centrifuge, with Volo joining as an ecosystem partner. NAV reporting was planned after the migration. Transactions had been paused since August 3 and were expected to resume after completion; participants needed to take no action.
