Details

Zashi (now Zodl) is the official mobile wallet for the Zcash ecosystem, built by the Zcash development team (formerly ECC). It focuses on privacy and usability, allowing users to send and receive ZEC with shielded transactions by default, hiding amounts and addresses. The wallet includes a built-in cross-chain swap feature (CrossPay) to exchange ZEC for BTC or stablecoins while preserving privacy. Users self-custody funds via a seed phrase, and the interface is clean and suited for everyday payments. Its design emphasizes 'privacy by default, ' collects no user data, and the code is open-source and auditable.
