About XHash

XHash is a non-custodial ETH staking service. Users retain control of withdrawal keys while the platform handles validator operations. It offers two modes: a quick mode for simplified staking and an expert mode for custom setups. The service also integrates EigenLayer for restaking, allowing users to earn additional rewards.

The core value proposition is lowering the technical barrier to staking while preserving asset sovereignty. Traditional staking often requires hardware setup, ongoing maintenance, and technical expertise. Centralized exchanges offer convenience but require trusting a third party with funds. XHash addresses this by providing professional node operation without sacrificing user control. It also supports API integration for institutional users.

In the past six months, XHash experienced a significant event. In March 2026, reports emerged of a large withdrawal of 886,440 ETH from the XHash pool, raising questions about transparency and operational practices. This event drew market attention and highlighted potential risks in staking pool management. Apart from this, no other major developments were publicly documented during this period.
