VIP3 is a cashback platform for Web3, borrowing its model from membership rebates in traditional consumer settings: the platform negotiates with partners so that part of the service fees they collect is returned to users as cashback. Partners span centralized exchanges, decentralized exchanges, cross-chain bridges, NFT platforms, games, and utility applications. Cashback ratios vary by agreement, and some bridges return a relatively high share of their fees.

Users first mint a VIP3 Pass, a soulbound token based on ERC-721 offered in tiers such as Silver, Gold, and Diamond, which serves as an on-chain credential of membership. Partners recognize that credential to confirm a user's identity and grant the corresponding benefits. Some benefits are returned instantly, while others settle within a few days. For partners, the arrangement amounts to exchanging fee discounts for real users and exposure.
