About Unite

Unite is a Layer 3 blockchain built on Coinbase's Base network, specifically designed for mass-market mobile games. Its core business is providing a full-stack infrastructure that includes a game SDK, wallet SDK, and a DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure) model that leverages players' mobile devices to run the network.

The key narrative is "mobile-first" — enabling Web3 games to achieve mainstream adoption by removing technical barriers. It processes up to 40,000 transactions per second, supports popular engines like Unity and Cocos, and hides blockchain complexity from players through abstracted wallets and gasless transactions. Players can earn rewards without understanding crypto, with an optional "graduation process" to teach them how to withdraw value on-chain later.

The market pain points it addresses are threefold: unsustainable "play-to-earn" economies, scalability limitations of L1/L2 chains for millions of daily active users, and poor onboarding experiences that scare away casual gamers. Unite shifts the focus to building genuinely fun games that generate revenue through ads and in-app purchases, with a deflationary token model where game revenue buys back and burns $UNITE.

In the past six months (March to September 2026), Unite has continued expanding its ecosystem of casual games like Bored Button and Mom's Kitchen, which have migrated to its mainnet. The platform has demonstrated real-world traction with millions of downloads and hundreds of thousands of daily active wallets. However, cross-chain interoperability is not a near-term priority, and the ecosystem remains relatively small compared to broader Web3 gaming platforms.
