About Tradable

Tradable moves private-credit notes onto ZKsync Era, working with Victory Park Capital to split senior secured term notes backed by consumer finance, rent financing and BNPL loans into SSTN tokens with a USD 1 face value; investors subscribe in stablecoins and receive interest from the note cash flows. Contracts handle issuance, holder records, reporting and distributions, while AML/KYC, accreditation checks and transfer restrictions run before any transfer, so non-whitelisted addresses cannot receive the token; zero-knowledge proofs support compliance checks without exposing borrower data.

It is the distribution layer for private credit, unlike open pools such as Centrifuge and Maple: a licensed originator creates the assets, Tradable only tokenises and wraps them in compliance, and risk stays in the underlying notes rather than a protocol pool. The tokens are not continuously quoted on a public market, so exits depend on maturity or issuer-arranged transfers, and secondary liquidity is far below that of on-chain money-market funds.

Updated: Oct 30, 2026

As of 2026, Tradable operates as a real-world-asset (RWA) tokenization platform on ZKsync Era; on April 23, 2026, RWA.xyz attributed about $2.22 billion of represented asset value to the platform. It issues tokenized credit such as senior secured term notes (SSTN), including LatAm fintech and North America rent-financing notes (issued by Victory Park Capital Advisors), with programmatic compliance and permissioning (KYC/AML, transfer restrictions) as core features. The company was founded in 2022 by Alex Cordover with CTO Prakash Sinha.

Future strategy and roadmap: Tradable will keep tokenizing real-world assets like private credit in a compliant, transferable form and deepen its institutional issuance and clearing framework on ZKsync.
