About Token Mill

Token Mill is a token launchpad on Solana. Its core feature is a recurring competition called 'King of the Mill' (KOTM). Every 30 minutes, tokens in three market cap tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) compete based on trading volume. The winner receives all platform fees from that round, which are used to buy back and burn its tokens, creating a feedback loop of visibility and price pressure.

The platform also uses a custom bonding curve that merges two Uniswap v3-style pools into one continuous curve. The first pool runs until 80% of supply is minted, then the second takes over to simulate a graduation phase. This avoids the traditional migration step, keeping trading uninterrupted.

The main problem it solves is the short-lived hype cycle common on existing launchpads like Pump.fun. By gamifying trading and rewarding sustained volume, Token Mill aims to keep tokens active beyond their initial launch, giving traders a reason to stay engaged and giving creators a way to maintain momentum.

In the past six months (March to September 2026), Token Mill has been live on mainnet with active KOTM rounds. The platform has seen steady trading volume, and the KOTM mechanism has produced several winners with notable buy-and-burn events. However, no major updates or new features were announced during this period. The platform has not reported any security incidents, but it faces competition from other launchpads and the inherent risk that volume-based competitions can favor well-funded traders, potentially concentrating rewards.
