TechFlow was founded in 2020 as a leading Chinese-language platform for discovering value in emerging global assets, centered on in-depth original content and covering Web3, AI, US equities, gold, and macroeconomics ().

In March 2024, it formed a strategic partnership with Korean Web3 consulting firm DeSpread to connect Chinese and Korean crypto markets, reduce information gaps, and help overseas projects enter Asia—a key step in its international expansion ().

Later, it established two sub-brands, Chaoxiang Research and Blockflow, covering multi-asset research and global trading perspectives, while deploying an AI engine to filter signals from 200+ global sources.
