THNDR is a B2B skill-gaming platform and Bitcoin Lightning gaming network supplying PvP mini-games and tournaments to sportsbook, daily fantasy and lottery operators, with consumer products Clinch, Club Bitcoin Solitaire and Tetro Tiles. It targets iGaming cold starts where a lack of opponents causes abandoned sessions, slow payouts and chargebacks on traditional rails, and high minimum deposits. A cross-operator liquidity network matches opponents, Lightning settles instantly, and the system supports non-custodial P2P wagering from 1 satoshi, same-table skill matching, patent-pending match verification and an open API.

On 9 July 2026 the company launched PvP skill games with a lottery courier across six US states, and on 23 September it opened the platform to third-party studios. The network reports over 160 million matches, more than 25 operators and a 99.99% match rate. It should be distinguished from the Egyptian brokerage app Thndr, which is unrelated. The business is geographically restricted, with parts of the United States excluded and an 18-plus requirement, so compliance boundaries set the addressable market.
