Superteam is a decentralized talent network built around the Solana ecosystem, operating across 15+ countries. Its core business runs through the Superteam Earn platform, which aggregates three types of opportunities: short-term bounties (typically around 1,500 USDC per task), equity-free grants via the Instagrants program, and full-time job listings from Solana projects. The community is organized into semi-autonomous regional hubs, each running local events, workshops, and hackathons.

Its core narrative is being a "collective of sovereigns" — a network of independent builders who coordinate without a central treasury or token. Trust is engineered through two mechanisms: an escrow payment system that secures funds before work starts, and proof-of-work NFTs that serve as verifiable on-chain credentials for completed tasks.
