About Stackup

Stackup, founded in 2021, is an account-abstraction infrastructure company that began by supplying ERC-4337 bundler and paymaster services to wallets and exchanges, then moved to an enterprise on-chain operations platform. Smart contract accounts replace hardware wallets, with passkey login, role permissions, multisig approvals and spending limits managing multi-chain assets; the platform can sponsor gas and batch transactions, and activity logs are archived for audit.

It serves organisations that manage a treasury jointly, bringing traditional approval workflows on-chain; unlike a Safe multisig, the account itself is programmable, integrates with ERP systems, and does not require every member to hold the native token. Accounts deploy on more than ten EVM chains including Ethereum, Polygon and Base, reusing the same permission rules across them. The platform charges on transactions and swaps, and fiat on-ramps come from third parties.

Stackup is an ERC-4337 account-abstraction wallet infrastructure provider. In September 2026 it ranked #7 among best account-abstraction wallets by AI consensus, continuing to offer smart accounts, paymasters and bundlers across multiple chains including Polygon.

Future strategy and roadmap: Stackup plans to deepen its account-abstraction toolchain, expand multi-chain support, and strengthen AI-agent-friendly automated wallets and gasless experiences.
