Details

Stable is a Layer 1 blockchain optimized for stablecoin payments, backed by Tether, designed to address high fees, low speed, and complex gas mechanisms in traditional blockchains for payment scenarios. Its core feature allows users to transact directly using USDT0 as the native gas token, eliminating the need to hold other tokens. By employing the StableBFT consensus algorithm, the network achieves sub-second transaction finality and plans to enable gasless peer-to-peer transfers through account abstraction (EIP-7702). Stable also offers enterprise features such as guaranteed block space and confidential transfers (in development) to support institutional settlement and B2B cross-border payments.
