Spring Labs is an AI compliance and customer experience platform for financial services. It provides AI agents including a Complaints Agent that detects, categorizes, triages, and drafts responses to complaints; a QA Agent that scores 100% of conversations against custom scorecards without manual sampling; a CX Agent that tracks customer contact reasons and identifies experience gaps in real time; and a Disputes Agent that manages disputes end-to-end from intake to resolution. The platform serves sponsor banks, fintechs, enterprise banks, and accounts receivable management companies. The company reports 97% accuracy for its agents, 10% faster customer service handling times, and 70% faster second-line complaint reviews. Over the past six months, Spring Labs completed a $5 million funding round led by BankTech Ventures and Haymaker Ventures to expand its AI compliance platform. Its core product Zanko focuses on complaints, QA/QC, and dispute handling, with the Complaints Agent achieving 97% identification accuracy in customer pilots. The customer base has grown to over 36 financial institutions, including WebBank and First Electronic Bank.
Officially, the development focus is to build a compliance-focused AI agent orchestration platform, going beyond single complaint/dispute functions. It is currently piloting the next-generation platform with existing customers, enabling financial institutions to deploy, manage, monitor, and control multiple AI agents while retaining full ownership of decisions, data, and regulatory responsibilities. The roadmap aims to shift from manual sampling review to full-coverage, automated, policy-driven execution.
