Details

Shipfinex is a blockchain-based platform for tokenizing ship assets. It places vessel assets into special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and issues tokens (MATs) compliant with the ERC-3643 standard to represent ownership shares. After completing KYC/AML, users can purchase tokens with USDC and receive dividends from vessel operations. The platform uses smart contracts to automate profit distribution and records ownership and transactions on the blockchain. Token transfers are subject to restrictions, aligning with regulatory requirements.
