Sharwa Finance is a decentralized finance protocol on Arbitrum offering margin spot and options trading. It allows users to trade with up to 10x leverage and employs a cross-margin model, where all positions share a single collateral pool, supporting multiple assets as collateral. Users can access deep liquidity via Uniswap and utilize American-style options to construct hedging strategies, such as buying put options to protect long positions, thereby reducing liquidation risk. The protocol does not charge traders liquidation fees; upon liquidation, only the collateral is used to repay debt, with remaining funds withdrawable. Its mechanism aims to lower funding costs because liquidity providers do not bear directional counterparty risk and instead earn returns through lending interest.
