Details

SettleMint is an enterprise-grade blockchain platform designed for regulated financial institutions, with its core product being the Digital Asset Lifecycle Platform (DALP). It provides an integrated solution covering asset issuance, compliance screening, custody, settlement, and servicing across six major asset classes: fixed income, equity, funds, cash, real assets, and structured products. Users can configure asset templates, set compliance rules (e.g., KYC/AML verification), manage multi-signature custody policies, and automate lifecycle events such as coupon payments, dividends, and redemption at maturity through the platform console or APIs. Its technical architecture comprises a console, API layer, transaction lifecycle engine, smart contract module (SMART), and blockchain ledger index, supporting deployment on both public and private EVM-compatible chains, with integration options for external custodians like Fireblocks. The platform emphasizes encoding compliance rules into smart contracts for pre-transaction validation and automated execution, while retaining manual approval workflows (Maker-Checker) to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
