About Sai

Details

Sai is a decentralized perpetual contract trading protocol built on the Nibiru chain, composed of 5 Rust-written Wasm smart contracts covering perpetual management, LP vault, oracle, fee management, and governance. Users deposit USDC as collateral and can open long or short positions via market, limit, or stop orders, with leverage determined by market parameters. The protocol uses oracle-aggregated pricing, charges hourly borrowing fees based on open interest imbalance, and has a liquidation mechanism. Liquidity providers deposit assets into vaults, acting as counterparties to earn trading fees and a share of trader losses while bearing risk when traders profit. All operations are fully on-chain, supporting both EVM and WASM wallet integration.
