About STOKR

STOKR is an alternative investment platform based in Luxembourg that tokenizes real-world assets (RWA) on the Bitcoin Liquid Network. Its core business covers two areas: a full-service tokenization solution for issuers to structure, launch, and manage digital securities; and an API-first Tokenization-as-a-Service (TaaS) for financial institutions to embed tokenization into their own systems. Asset types include structured notes, listed equities, private funds, and debt products.

The platform's key differentiator is regulatory compliance: it is registered as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) with the CSSF in Luxembourg, enabling it to operate across all 27 EU member states. It also holds a payment institution license, allowing for fiat and stablecoin payment processing. This positions STOKR as a bridge between traditional capital markets and blockchain-based issuance.

Market pain points addressed include: high barriers to entry for retail investors in private assets, lack of secondary market liquidity, and the complexity of cross-border securities issuance. STOKR solves these through tokenization, which enables fractional ownership, programmatic compliance, and 24/7 trading on the Liquid Network.

In the past six months (Feb-Aug 2026), STOKR has continued scaling its institutional footprint. The platform surpassed $1 billion in cumulative tokenized asset volume, with its Blockstream Mining Note (BMN2) ranking among the largest RWA products globally. It has also expanded into money market fund (MMF) tokenization and strengthened its U.S. market presence through senior advisory appointments. No major negative events were reported in this period, though the broader RWA sector faces ongoing regulatory uncertainty in some jurisdictions.
