About SHARE

SHARE is a decentralized physical infrastructure network (DePIN) focused on the sharing economy. Its core business involves connecting physical devices such as shared power banks, vending machines, and battery swap stations to blockchain networks. Each device is assigned a digital twin, and its usage data and revenue streams are recorded on-chain, transforming real-world equipment into income-generating digital assets.

The main problem SHARE solves is the data isolation and trust deficit in the traditional sharing economy. Operators often rely on fragmented systems and manual audits, which are inefficient and opaque. By standardizing device integration through its Deshare protocol and using IoT sensors for real-time verification, SHARE provides a transparent and verifiable way to track device performance and distribute revenue automatically.

Its core narrative is bridging physical utility with digital value. The network aims to create a 'micro-asset network' where everyday actions like renting a power bank become verifiable on-chain activities. This lowers the barrier for ordinary users to participate in asset-backed opportunities, moving beyond traditional high-minimum investments like real estate or treasury bonds.

In the past six months (March to September 2026), SHARE has expanded its Deshare Alliance to include over 20 partner brands, with more than 540,000 devices deployed or integrable across 22 countries, serving over 8.37 million users. The network has also been actively engaging with regional tech communities, such as participating in tech events in Kenya, and has been refining its consumer-level RWA offerings, allowing users to participate in the income streams of specific hardware clusters through its PowerPass dApp.

Over the past six months (2026-03-01 to 2026-09-01), Share has expanded its open-access internet network from Mombasa to Nairobi, now reaching over 8 million Kenyans. It secured a seed round led by Greenfield Capital and integrated stablecoin-based settlement and on-chain infrastructure financing. The network now spans 1,000+ km of fiber, 12 infrastructure providers, 10 data centers, and 6 subsea cable routes, with 50,000 active users and $12M annualized volume.

Future roadmap: nationwide Kenya expansion by end of 2026, followed by entry into key East and Southern African markets. Core focus remains aggregating existing infrastructure, enabling local ISPs, and leveraging crypto only where it improves capital efficiency — such as cross-border settlement and financing against measurable cash flows.
